Rooms felt cramped, especially with suitcases!!! Shower room ventilation left much to be desired!!! Noise levels from other guests were disturbing, which definitely affected the overall comfort !!!

We especially liked the location of the Derby Garibaldi - it is very close to many restaurants and shops as well as the Eiffel Tower and Louvre.

The room was unbelievably small, not that I'm complaining too much. Air conditioning? Haha, what a joke, I expected it to be on in July. What sort of hotel does that? Even a complimentary water bottle would have been nice. Almost gave it a good review but couldn't!

Clean venue with great location close to 2 tube stations. Courteous and nice stuff onsite. A huge variety of appetising options for meal. Really comfortable overall experience: D

The spacious junior suite with the terrace provided a good outdoor space for relaxation. The staff demonstrated really good service, going above and beyond to. Delicious breakfast options were plentiful, catering to various tastes and preferences.
The shower pressure could be improved.

I liked the location of the hotel to the metro and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
I did not like that our room was too hot (even in May) -- the rooms need air conditioning. The hotel is very worn and needs an update badly. It appears shabby. The breakfast is too expensive for the quality.

Very convenient location, right next to Metro. Hotel is clean, staff are nice and can speak good English.
Lift is a bit small in size, barely fit both of us with our big suitcases, would be a problem for a bigger group. Then again, it only has 5 storeys.
